Pro K 2010 Open Water Training Camps

Location: Lake Gaston
Dates: May 14-16 or June 4-6
Cost: $300/person/camp

Pro K Training Camps are designed to provide an optimal training experience for athletes. Set in Lake Gaston, the beautiful accommodations include direct water access. While activities and distances are adjusted for athletes based upon training needs and schedules, typical camp workouts include the following:

• Open water swimming skills
• Long bike ride with SAG wagon support
• Brick workout
• Coached run
• Transition practice tips
• Discussions on racing strategies and training

Meals and sports beverages are provided. Post race fun includes games, water activities and deck socials.
